Use and Fire Safety
• Open Fires: Under no circumstances shall the Renter start, maintain, or allow any fire (campfire, bonfire, or otherwise) within 10 feet of the RV awning or exterior.
• Damage: Any damage resulting from fire, heat, or smoke near the RV or awning will be the Renter’s full financial responsibility, regardless of intent.
Waste Disposal: Sewage (Black and Grey Water): The Renter must empty the RV’s black and grey water tanks before returning the RV.
• Garbage: All personal garbage and food waste must be removed from the RV and properly disposed of before return.
• A cleaning or dump fee of $250 will be charged if waste tanks are not emptied or if garbage is left behind.
