- 2 person primary suite with full bathroom/shower
- bunkhouse with 1/2 bathroom that sleeps 2 children
- 2 person loft (low ceiling height)

There's room to bring your family and a few friends!Mattresses are protected with water-proof covers. Linens, towels, and blankets are NOT supplied with this rental. You Must bring your own!Some things to keep in mind:
Pets (non-refundable deposit required) - While pets are welcome, we ask that you keep it to 2 or less. Please use good judgement. We ask that your pets be:
well-mannered and up-to-date on immunization and flea/tick prevention. Damages incurred by pets will result in a deduction of the security deposit.There is absolutely NO Smoking allowed in our RV. This includes vaping. Any evidence of smoking of any kind will forfeit your full security deposit ($500).Please return our RV with the cleanliness you received it. While we do not charge up front for cleaning, if the camper is returned excessively dirty, an extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Basic cleaning supplies can be found under the bunk bathroom sink.Let us know where you are headed! We are happy to deliver and setup your RV up to 75 miles for a flat fee. Please ask us for a quote beyond 75 miles.This RV Requires 50 amp service for hook up. Usage of Propane is extra and will be billed upon return of RV. If you feel that dumping will be required while camping, we can provide a dump cart. We love the outdoors and want others to experience how much fun and relaxing camping can be! Most of our trips include camping with our children and other friends with RVs. While we typically stay local to the Houston area, we enjoy camping at the beach, the lakes, in the woods, and at some pretty nice "glamping" resorts.
