The communication and tech assistance was fantastic even allowing us first time renters to practice overnight at home prior to the trip. Always responds to question in minutes to hours and does everything to be helpful and full of insights and suggestions.

James was great walking us through how to operate the RV. He made sure to show us all the tips, tricks, and where to find everything we need. We appreciated him walking through the setting up process and how to operate everything since this was our first time renting a camper!
