This 2021 Coleman Lantern has dual entry, full-sized bunks, a private master bedroom with a queen bed, sofa, and a large slide. This travel trailer will provide you and your family with comfort and convenience while you enjoy your trip. From having your own private bedroom with wardrobe space and USB connections to your kids having double-sized bunks, you will not be missing your home at all. The second entry door into the bathroom is a huge convenience for many reasons. This travel trailer provides tons of amenities that are easy to use. The under-bed storage also will allow you to keep your belongings safe and out of sight. Everything that we have provided in our rental is to help you have fun and make memories with your family and friends. We are so excited to share our camper with you.*You will be required to sign a Supplemental Renters agreement before the camper will be left in your possession.*The camper, at any time, shall not be moved from the original drop off location. If this occurs, it will result in a forfeit of your entire deposit.Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV.
For pickups: This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with an RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.
For drop off: This orientation can be completed before the day of drop off, it will take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and can be completed via zoom, or facetime.Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations.. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.Cleaning and Maintenance Fees: A non-refundable deep cleaning fee of $150 is charged upfront to thoroughly sanitize the interior, including sheets, towels, blankets, and washcloths. The RV must be returned in a clean condition, meaning it should be as clean or cleaner than when you received it, as outlined in the trailer condition acknowledgment. If the RV is returned dirty or with items left behind that require disposal, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will apply.Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the camper unless prior approval is granted. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us in advance to obtain approval. If approved, a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet will apply. Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and an additional cleaning fee of $150 may apply if pet hair or odors are found inside the camper after return.If pet hair is found inside of the camper, without having approval, this will result in a forfeit of your entire deposit.The black and gray tanks must be emptied before return. If the tanks are not emptied, a $150 dumping fee will be charged.Please note: Items like glitter, silly string, hair dye, nail polish, and similar substances can cause significant damage to the interior. - Return Clean and Tidy: The camper must be returned in the same clean condition as when received. This includes sweeping the floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring all items are returned to their designated spots.
-Empty the Tanks: The black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning the camper. If the tanks are not emptied, a $50 dumping fee will be charged.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the camper. If smoking is detected, you will forfeit your deposit.
-Damages or loss: Renters are responsible for any damages or loss that occurs during their rental period. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the renter for repair costs.
-No Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or substances (such as glitter, silly string, hair dye, hair spray, aerosol deodorant, or nail polish) inside the camper. These can cause permanent damage, and if found, you will forfeit your deposit.
-Proper Use of Appliances: All appliances and equipment (stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, heater, etc.) must be used properly and safely. Any misuse or damage caused by improper use will result in additional fees.
-Return with Full propane The camper must be returned with a full tanks of propane If the propane is not full, the cost of refueling will be deducted from your deposit, along with a $25 service charge.
-Renters Must be 25 or Older: Renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent the camper.
-Report Issues Immediately: If any issues arise with the camper during your rental period (breakdowns, mechanical issues, or damage), contact us immediately so we can address the problem.
-Deposit Forfeiture: If any of the above rules are violated or damage occurs due to negligence or improper use, the entire security deposit may be forfeited.
