Mixed reliability and responsiveness
The Host canceled a booking 5 days prior to departure and was unresponsive to messages regarding a worn safety hitch. They also requested guests dump tanks despite a cleaning fee, though some found them quick to respond during booking.

5.0Very solid unit. We dry camped for four days and all system’s functioned well. On demand hot water a plus. Batteries held up well. Jaxson was very easy to work with. All good.

3.0Trailer was decent but fell short a few ways. Cleanliness: there was gobs of hair in some of the bedding and on the floor. The sinks weren’t very clean either. Seemed like a light clean was done instead of a deep clean like you pay for. Hitch Issues: was told we could adjust the hitch. Couldn’t hardly get the bolt out and after an hour finally got it loose and the bolt has significantly been worn which is a safety issue. Bought a new bolt and had to pay for it and the owner didn’t acknowledge my message nor offered a discount. Outside was dirty when we got it to. Also was asked multiple times for us to dump the grey and black tanks yet the cleaning fee we pay them includes that so it’s their responsibility.
