2015 Crossroads RV Sunset Trail Super Lite
All the bells and whistles on this 27’ gem. Our camper, with its private bedroom, features a Queen size bed, 2 full-size bunks in the rear and a dinette that will setup for a full size bed. The camper will sleep up to 6 adults comfortably or a large family with young children. I have been know to also fall asleep on the new recliner.This is a really nice little setup for some great camping fun. Compact size makes it easy to set up with one slide to give plenty of room inside as well as plenty of head room. The refrigerator works on either gas of electric and has plenty of room in both the freezer and fridge. The gas range has 3 burners and an oven. There is also a large pantry to store food and kitchen supplies.The bathroom is large enough to turn around in and plenty for shower room. It also has it own entrance with an outside shower near the door for rinsing off sand and dirt before entering.Use for trips to mountains, the beach, races/sports events, family gatherings or travel across the country. AC unit keeps you cool and comfortable and the heater will run you out.Rent now for summer or reserve for a great fall season, football, or thanksgiving trips. This is a great camper for families. Besides renting our camper we have a small business where we refer health conserned people to an online shopping club. All of the furnished cleaning items on our camper come from this company. My wife works full time and I am retired doing Uber rides to stay busy. Jray camper rentals is our business created to rent our camper out when its not being used. My long term goal would be to own different size campers to rent out. We want people to enjoy the joy of camping as we do.

1) There is no roof access and no one should be on the roof for any reason.
2) Everything has a place or storage bag in storage and for the next renter everything should go back in its place.
3) You are responsible for following printed instructions for setup and tear down we have provided if applicable.
4) Road side assistance is provided in the rental contract and RENTER shall not attempt to make repairs without OWNERS permission.
5) Absolutely no smoking, drug use or vaping is allowed. If it occurs, a fee will be charged to deodorize and to sanitize.
6) Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows or impounds accessed during the rental period.
7) Any tire damage is the responsibility of the Renter.
8) Pets should be limited to no more than 2 small (less than 50lbs) and a pet fee ($75) selected in the rental contract price.
9) An UNAUTHORIZED PET fee of $250 will be charged at the end of a rental if its discovered to occur.
10) The slide roof should be blown off to remove any debris prior to retraction.
11) During high winds or while away from the camper for long periods of time the awning should be rolled in to protect it.
12) All tanks must be emptied and the Black waste tank flushed per instructions, to avoid additional charges.
13) All drivers who will tow the camper must be listed and approved by Outdoorsy.
14) It is strongly recommended to purchase the “Damage Protection” plan for interior damage not covered by insurance plan.

Jerry & Amanda were great- the RV was clean & ready to occupy. They were consistent with their arrival /departure times. It would have been helpful to have 2 full tanks of propane, instead of 1 & 1/2 tanks but we were able to make it work.

Jerry was very easy to communicate with and accommodated our travel schedule with out issues. RV was clean and had everything needed for a weekend away. We had a group of five, two adults, in the queen bed, two sons (20 and 17) in the bunks, and a 16 yr. girl on the converted table bed, and everyone fit just fine. My tallest son is 6’2, and the girl is 5’ 8”. She did have to “snuggle” up to fit, but she loved the bed! There was still room on the recliner love seat if you had small children or another teenager.

We had an absolutely delightful experience renting from Jerry and Amanda! The camper was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. This was our first family camping trip and to be honest, my husband was convinced that I wouldn't like it very much. I'm so happy to have proved him wrong thanks to Jerry and Amanda and their wonderful camper. Looking forward to more camping trips in the future!

We don’t mind up to 2 small pets. They must be well behaved and a pet fee is required.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am retired and my full time job is Uber. So I am flexible for pickup and drop off times as long as we agree on a time range.
Q.Is the towing hardware included?

Yes. I include all the towing hardware including a sway control bar. I want your towing to be as safe as possible. You will need a 2” receiver and standard 7 pin for electric.

Your vehicle should be rated for 8K lbs or more to be safe. The vehicle must have a tow package that includes electric brakes and a standard 7 pin camper connection. It also will need a 2” receiver and anything larger than that a reducer sleeve will be needed.
