No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence, including odor, that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $300.00 will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit.
You are not to go over the speed limit or 70mph, whichever is less.
If you leave the unit in a condition that requires extra cleaning I will charge you up to $300.00.
If you have a pet in the unit there will be a $300.00 fee claimed from your security deposit.
If you are late returning the unit there will be a fee of $10.00/hr.
Renters acknowledge tires are in good condition with good tread and accept responsibility for the tires on the unit.
Renters are responsible for properly maintaining all fluid levels.
If stationary renting; Delivery fee includes set-up and pick-up.

Stephen was great to work with and communicated very well. He explained everything in detail and when I left with RV there were no questions. The Monaco drove real nice and we put 2,000 miles on it and never had an issue at all with handling. Will rent from him again!
