She's small, budget-friendly yet big on space! Sleeps up to 5 very comfortably with the queen bed and 2 bunk beds, you could add a 5th with the couch that converts to another sleeping area. I travels with my wife, 3 small kids and small pooch intimately cozy. Kitty's small size & weight (16' length, 3K dry weight, 4400lbs GVW) makes towing to your favorite campground a breeze or makes for the perfect mother-in-law suite should you need more room at your residence! Also can rent it and stay near Nashvhille,TN in our large backyard. She's fully self-contained so your quest will have all the amenities of home!

Jonny communicates quickly and promptly fixed battery, inverter, and shower head issues. However, a guest reported insufficient detail on electrical needs (30 Amps, extension cord), causing an AC issue. Also, a delivery fee was double-charged.

5.0We had a wonderful experience renting from Jonny. Communication was great, and he was able to answer all my questions quickly. The kiddos loved the bunk bed set up and we had a blast camping in this trailer! Highly recommend, we will definitely rent this one again!

1.0Before the trip I messaged the host and asked about the electricity. Owner replied he had an adapter if we needed it. He should have explained in more detail about needing 30 Amps, a heavy duty extension cord etc.. It blew a fuse, damaged an outlet and an electrician will need to come and fix something in my brothers fuse box. I am not blaming the owner for my brothers electrical set up. I just wish he would have explained better when I asked. We did not use the camper at all because we could not run the air conditioner. I paid $150.00 delivery fee at the time of booking. When it was delivered he charged my brother $100.00. My brother was unaware it was already paid. I will say the camper was nice.
