****Trailer is Sanitized before and after every use***Trailer and site setup (fresh water fill where available, trailer levelling, awning, chairs, tables, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, etc), tear down, black and grey water empty, and return included and mandatory (prep fee)*. All you have to do is book your site and then show up and start enjoying your time! *Everything included except for bath and beach towels, face cloths, bedding, food and drink.
This is a great trailer that we enjoy on a regular basis. With the dinette on the door side beside the large window you get great views out under the awning as opposed to the traditional layout of the kitchen on the awning side. Well equipped with a large queen bedroom and bunkhouse both with solid doors. Large kitchen counter for prepping meals. Also enjoy the outdoor kitchen with additional fridge for convenience!
Outside tables, chairs, BBQ, ground mats, coffee maker, toaster, all included. Fully outfitted kitchen. Just bring your bedding, towels, food and beverage and enjoy!!

Derek made our family birthday reunion a huge success! He was very dependable and answered any concerns right away. His set up and pick up times worked out perfectly with our schedule. The RV was fantastic! Very clean and well-kept, everything functioned perfectly, and it came loaded with almost everything we needed for our trip! The only thing better than the RV was Derek's service. He was incredibly helpful during the booking process, answered all questions quickly, and his delivery and setup of the RV was beyond what we expected. Everything was ready for us as we pulled up to the site, right down to the camping chairs being set up under the awning and the BBQ and outdoor cooktop ready to fire up! I would rent this RV from Derek again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing experience renting from Derek. He is incredibly friendly and helpful and quick with communication. The trailer was spacious, even for our big family. It was very clean and had so many nice touches like movies and games. We also really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with some great cookware and knives. Derek was also super accommodating with our dates. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely rent again!
