Fun family size travel trailer. Clean and up to date on all amenities. Sleeps 8 people comfortably; queen size bed, 2 full size bunk beds, sofa that folds out to a bed and dinette that converts to a bed.
Set up for off grid camping. Batteries allow up to 3 days power without hooking up, 2 full propane tanks and a 39gal fresh water tank. Weight distribution hitch is available to rent with the RV (see add-ons). A 2 5/16' hitch is needed.

-If tanks are not dumped at time of drop off there will be a $75.00 fee.
-Pets must be potty trained, tame/trained, and kept well groomed. Any damages caused by a pet will result in the loss of your security deposit. If there is any damage or pet damage the $500.00, deposit will not be returned.
-Do not store any generators or gas tanks inside the camper.
-If any excessive cleaning is needed, there is an additional $100 charge. Example; furniture spills stains, super sticky floors, messy walls, strong odors, large spills in refrigerator or freezer, garbage left over.
-If anything gets damaged (whether it's the RV itself or just a bath towel) let us know. Minor damage frequently causes major problems later, so if we have to discover damage ourselves, we charge a $20 fee in addition to the cost of repairs.
-Please communicate with us if you need an early/later pick up or drop off. We're happy to work with you on times if you work with us. If you are more than 15 min late without communicating, it will result in a late fee of $50/hr.
- The value of any items missing from the camper will be deducted from the deposit.
-The batteries and propane tanks are not to be removed. The propane provided is ONLY to be used with this rental unit. If either is removed then the renter will be charged a $100.00 fee.
