Well maintained indoors with climate control. This 50 amp, 3 pop out 32’ 11” fifth wheel has 2 reclining massage chairs with heated seats. A pull out couch and queen sized master bedroom.For cooking it has a full size microwave, extra large stovetop burners and extra large convection oven. Refrigerator and freezer. Island in the middle with outside refrigerator.The toilet is an actual porcelain toilet. Not the normal camper version. Pass through bathroom.A/C and heat. Electric fireplace also produces lots of heat with 6 settings.40” tv with DVD player in the living area. 29” tv In the master bedroom. We had a great time in the RV, it was very spacious and clean. Jaime was incredibly helpful in delivering it and getting everything set-up. Can't recommend him enough! :-)

We rented Jamie's RV to move out of our home while we remodeled. Jamie was so kind and brought us all kinds of extras to make sure we were comfortable. He also bought two brand new queen mattresses and they were really comfortable. We spent 36 days in his RV and it made the remodel go by quickly. We would definitely rent from Jamie again. Thanks Jamie!
