When picking up the car, I encountered an insurance problem，after waiting for nearly two hours, OUTDOORSY customer service answered the phone, and finally explained the situation. OUTDOORSY’s RV insurance is not included in the NS province, this caused a huge problem for us. After communicating with the owner, we solved this problem. The performance of the car is very good and the journey is very pleasant. The owner also answered all the questions patiently and thanked their couple for their help. I hope I can rent this RV again in the future. Best wishes!

We had an amazing experience with this rental, from the minute we booked to dropping off. Dean and his wife were so great and answered all of our questions. For first time RV experience, it was so much smoother than ever expected. My son was so sad and didn’t want to leave his “RV”. We will absolutely be renting again!

It was great to travel as a family for a 20 hour trip to and from Kelowna, BC over a four day period. Dean and Tannis were very accomodating and we had no issues at all. Thank you for sharing your motorhome with us!

Overall our experience was good. No complaints for exception of a water leak and not enough blankets to accommodate - Dean and his wife very pleasant do deal with. Would highly recommend 👍
