5We had a great experience with Trevor. Very punctual, easy to get ahold of prior to our trip. Delivery was right on time! The RV was everything we needed. Super clean, my kids loved the top bunk. King bed was very comfortable. Outside blackstone/flap top was so convenient for morning breakfast! RV was stocked with all the kitchen gadgets we needed. Highly recommend, would 100% book this RV again.

1NEVER AGAIN! I rented this for a birthday trip with my wife to a friend's property for a campout with friends. It was a stationary rental, the owner dropped the 5th wheel off and picked it up. At first glance, the RV was nice and pretty spacious. We had some air conditioning issues at first, but seemed to resolve themselves, for just a short while. I fed my dog in the kitchen area and did not notice he had left a kernel of food by his bowl. I came back in about an hour later, I found the food kernel covered in what I thought were sugar ants. When I grabbed a paper towel to clean it up I started getting bites on my hands. That is when I knew they were fire ants. I quickly called my friend over to help me see where they were coming from. There were none on the ground under the trailer, and when we opened the front storage compartment they were all over it. We called the owner, he suggested putting borax on the outside of the trailer. We told him they were not on the outside of the trailer, they were in the front compartment. We bought ant baits and crossed our fingers. We woke up the next morning and my wife had bites on her feet, hands, legs, and arms. We called the owner again and told him we didn't want the rental anymore. He came by and put borax around the trailer and refused to take the trailer. He said I had to email Outdoorsy, which I did. My wife refused to go back in the trailer, the ants were everywhere, in our luggage, on the bed, everywhere. We never ate in the trailer. We moved everything out that morning and never used it again. Meantime, no word from Outdoorsy until 3 days later, when they showed the owner refused the request to cancel the rental and pick up the trailer. There was a concern that the other trailers at our friend's house would be affected by the ants, but luckily none were. None of the 5 other trailers parked right next to each other had ants. NONE. He showed up on the return day and started complaining about the damage done to the rear of the trailer, which he did when he brought it in, damage from low hanging branches to the top of the trailer that he drove in and knew about the tree coverage before he agreed to the rental, accused someone of throwing a can of soda on the side of the trailer. We saw a can, it was cold. No one but the owner was near the trailer at that time and it was over 100 degrees out, so the assumption is it was the owner's can of soda. I think it was root beer, which no one visiting all weekend drank. Now we get home and get an email on the security deposit/insurance claiming we did all of the above damage on a stationary rental. We never drove it. So we spent the next few days responding to emails with pictures and videos of one of the most horrible and traumatic vacation experiences we have ever had. We feel scammed out of our money and are still fighting for it. We should not have to pay for something we did not use and was brought to us in a condition that it was unusable. This has been such a horrible experience, bringing us to the point that we will NEVER EVER EVER rent from the owner or through Outdoorsy again.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
If you need to add or subtract one day on the front or backside of the listing that's no problem.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
This camper is a fairly user-friendly unit, however if you do have any issues that come up we are available 7 days a week to answer those questions I will also provide a tutorial upon drop off.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
We will make the necessary sewer and water hookups prior to departure. We'll also remove the water and sewer hookups upon completion of your vacation.
