5.0First time using Outdoorsy for rental, and will be my go to from now on as long as it's with or same level of hospitality that Kevin Pinson provided! The camper was immaculate! Clean inside and outside! Kevin was amazing with accommodating my families schedule and answering all questions quickly. The camper was well kept and came with everything my family needed to be able to just arrive and relax! My. Family of 6( 2 adults 4kids) had more than enough room in the camper to relax. We never felt cramped and having the provided linen, cookware, and TV was perfect for the rainy days. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to enjoy camper life for a brief vacation, get thier camper from Kevin. You will not be disappointed and be able to fully relax. This was truly a full service experience and will be using again anytime I am in the area!

3.0The host Kevin was fine. Overall the RV was acceptable. We did have a few issues and luckily the brother of one of our group was local and an avid RV'r who knew who to resolve and had the hoses/parts needed. A/C kept kicking off. Found the filter completely clogged. Once we cleaned it the A/C was fine. Greywater tank filled very quickly. Didnt have hoses/info on how to empty. As I said, had someone who had the knowledge/parts and we were able to empty tank. No stabilizers in rear, this caused RV to sway when anyone walked inside. The unit just needs a little TLC.
