There is room to sleep for 8-10 with double bed bunks in the back, a jack knife sofa, a convertible dinette, and an upgraded residential queen-size Purple mattress in the front private bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for all your quests. The slide-out dinette seating is great for added interior space and dining, and the large picture window over the dinette brings in loads of natural lighting, as well as your beautiful surroundings. Double entry in this unit makes loading and unloading simple, plus, the second entry door into the front master bedroom is great for slipping out for a morning walk or coffee under the 16' awning without disturbing the kids while they are asleep in the bunk space in back. Brand new 40" inch smart TV with digital antenna and blue ray player are a great way to relax after a long hike.You will love the modern finishes throughout, upgraded leather furniture, the deep-seated stainless steel sink with a high-rise faucet to easily clean larger cookware, the USB ports to keep your cellphones charged, and the solid bedroom door to the master suite. Mr. David is a great RV host. Trailer was exactly what we were looking for! We rented for 5 days/4 nights and didn't have one single issue. We highly recommend David and his trailers. Truly a top shelf host . . . we'll be back!!

Trailer was Great. Really easy pick-up and Drop Off. David went over everything. Please Note, this is one of the few rentals that DOES NOT up charge for the Generator (Big Savings) and the Generator is actually big enough to run the A/C if you do not have hook-ups. Many Camping extras included with the rental. Even includes a Battery Impact Wrench for lowering and raising the Stabilizer Jacks so you do not have to use the wrench bar. Would definitely rent again.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

The trailer comes with a 4500 watt easy start Champion Generator that will run the A/C, TV, Microwave, and 110 outlets. It can also be used to charge the dual 12v batteries. The heater, lights, USB ports, fridge, water heater, and awning all operate on a combination of battery power and propane.
The trailer has a massive 62 gallon fresh tank for shower, sink, and toilet. Large grey and black tank collect waste water to be dump at dump stations when leaving campsite.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible when it comes to pick up and drop off. We know what it is like trying to get ready for a camping trip and what it is like coming home. It is predictably unpredictable, and having set times and deadlines just adds additional stress. We offer add on's for early bird pickup for pickups before noon and as early as 7am and drop off's into the evening if scheduling allows it.
