Q.What if I am late bringing the trailer back?

In order to ensure we have enough time to prepare the unit before the next rental, please note that a late return fee will be applied if the rental is not returned on time per the agreed upon rental period. We appreciate your cooperation and adhering to the return time!

Q.Will you show me how to set up the trailer?

Of course! Shortly before your trip, we will send you a set up and take down guide including videos. We will go through important information during pick up as well.
If you wish to have us fully set up and take down the unit for you, you can choose the set up add on when selecting delivery to your destination, and we will complete the full set up for you while you put your feet up and enjoy a drink on your trip! We would arrive for take down and pick up of the trailer at the end of your stay.
