Sleeps 5 comfortably...or 6 in a pinch!About the trailer: New flooring put in, Brand new mattresses added.
Canvas washed and scrubbed. Wheels are A-1.
We're including beddings, utensils, a small Coleman camping stove.
We can also throw in a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine if you want.
Has water hookup, new battery. fridge and propane heating.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Anytime! I work from home so barring any work emergencies, I am very flexible to welcome any clients wanting to pick it up or needing delivery.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
No special tricks per se. This trailed is not complicated and is very easy and basic. That's why we bought it. We do go thru a walkthrough so you know how to setup and teardown. So if you're new to camping, no worries!
