Even though this is a 2022 model, the camper is virtually brand new.. This Mallard M27 makes for a perfect couples suite or getaway for a small family. It comfortably sleeps 5 people (queen bed, convertible dinette, & convertible sofa). The bedroom is much larger with more leg room than most bunkhouses and the living room and kitchen have tons of space. It comes fully stocked with everything you'll need during your trip: kitchen necessities, bed linens, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. There's also a K-cup coffee maker so don't worry about not having your morning coffee (k-cups not included). There's a full size queen bed in the master, the dinette converts to a bed, and the sofa converts to a full size bed.The camper has a 32" LED Smart Roku TV in the living room and a 24" LED Smart Roku TV in the master bedroom There's a dual-zone media player with speakers inside and outside , as well as an LED-lit retractable power awning. A 12ft outdoor area rug, folding table, and tailgate chairs will also be provided for your enjoyment.Check my reviews for my other campers - they don't get any better. I go above and beyond to make sure all our renters have a fantastic experience. All our campers are stocked and ready to go as if we were using them ourselves.Delivery, setup, and pickup is available for a charge within 300 miles of Fultondale, AL. The delivery charge is automatically calculated by the website when you enter the delivery address.Rentals FOR 5 Nights OR More Will Receive A $50 Discount ON Delivery.A 4000W inverter generator is available for $30/day. If you plan to bring your own generator it must be at least 4000W peak output.For college football games, pickup and/or delivery cannot be on GameDay because of the traffic. Josh was easy to communicate with and answered all questions when needed. The RV was stocked with all essentials and super clean. Will definitely be renting again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

Pickup and dropoff times are usually very flexible. The camper can be picked up at 10am or later on the day of departure. Dropoff is setup for 3pm, but it can be earlier or later as long as I'm available to meet at that time. But no worries...if you're running a little behind you will not be charged extra. Just be sure to let me know if you're going to be later than expected.

Can I tow the camper myself or is delivery required?

R.

I strongly recommend delivery and almost require it because although the camper is insured if you tow yourself, RV repair times right now are 6+ months. In certain situations (destination is not far and renter has plenty of towing experience), I may approve towing yourself. That being said, the charge for delivery, setup, and pickup is really a great deal. You don't have to do anything!

Are there any DISCOUNTS?

R.

Yes!!! For bookings of 5 or more days, I will take $50 off the delivery fee and the freshwater tank fill up is free (if needed). The delivery discount isn't automatically calculated by the website so I will either have to issue a refund or adjust your total before payment.
