5.0We had a great time! It's a nice little camper that tows easily. We had two adults and four kids (under 6 y.o.) and there was enough space for everyone. The camper was clean and everything worked as advertised. We had a problem the first night with the electric which ended up being an issue with the campsite's junction box, but nevertheless Phil was very responsive as we diagnosed the problem. Would highly recommend!

5.0Phil was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He put my family’s safety first by handling a concern he had before we got there. Even on our trip whenever we called he was always happy to hear from us and hoped we were having a good time. Phil made us feel like family and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

1.0My husband picked up the camper and it was absolutely disgusting. It looked like the entire camper had never been cleaned - the shower, the toilet, the kitchen, the sinks, etc. It was disgusting. The shower and toilet were nasty. The kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes that are included with the camper - there was dried, old food stuck to the bottom of the sink. Instead of spending our day packing and organizing our things for our trip, I spent the entire day cleaning the entire camper. The griddle on the outside of the camper has old food caked and rusted on it - completely unusable. There were a couple bars of soap in the bathroom covered in hair. The fridge was full of old food. The coffee maker was FILTHY. We got to our destination to find that the hot water and stove were not working. The owner swore that it all worked before we picked it up - no help. We troubleshooted by ourselves for an entire day to finally figure out that the issue was the propane tank. I had to drive to get a new propane tank (that we had to fund).
