It has plenty of sitting room, a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. We used Heidy's motor home (RV) for some extra room during a cousin's reunion at our river place. Perfect for our needs, as we only needed bed space for 3 big boys. Although it will sleep 8, I would say sleeps 6 comfortably unless you have small children.
Working with Heidy was great, she was responsive and helpful.
Gerard, who delivered and set up the RV, was so nice and put up with my trying to "help" with a smile.
We really didn't use the RV for anything but extra space, so can't comment on much more.
