No smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. Violations will result in the full security deposit being held for remediation, including cleaning costs plus a $100 service fee. Remaining balance will be refunded if no other damages or overages apply. Renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, towing, and impound fees, including any late or administrative charges. Tire damage is also the renter’s responsibility; if negligence is suspected, the tire must be returned for professional evaluation, and reimbursement will depend on the result. In case of mechanical issues, renter must contact roadside assistance and notify the owner immediately. Do not attempt repairs. Approved out-of-pocket repair costs not covered by insurance will be reimbursed with prior notice and receipts. Renter must maintain engine oil, tire pressure, and coolant levels. Damage due to negligence will be the renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide instructions for vehicle operation; misuse of systems or appliances resulting in damage will be charged to the renter. Awning use is strictly prohibited. Tampering with or breaking locks forfeits the entire deposit and does not waive additional charges. Cooking fish inside is not allowed; cook outside only. Return time is 8 AM–12 PM; pickup is 3 PM–5 PM. Late returns or pickups may incur fees. For delivery, renter must be present, and confirmed slot reservations must be shared at least 2 days prior. Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel, DEF, and propane levels. Black and gray tanks must be emptied or a $50 fee applies. Renters must not be COVID-19 positive at the time of rental; proof of medical clearance may be required. All adult travelers should be validated drivers for emergencies. Unauthorized drivers will forfeit the deposit and remain liable for damages. All drivers must meet insurance requirements.
