When a guest makes a reservation with a start date more than 14 days in advance, a 25% reservation deposit is charged when the host accepts the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation total is charged in full. 7 day minimum Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, so long as at least 14 days remain before the trip begins.
