Proof of RV rental insurance must be provided or purchased through our rental service.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Any evidence of smoking will result in a significant cleaning fee.
Pets require prior approval and an additional pet deposit.
Please ensure pets are kept off furniture and are not left unattended inside the RV.
Rental includes 100 free miles per day, up to 500 miles per booking; additional miles billed at $1.35/mile.
Generator usage is included for 4 hours per day; additional hours will incur a fee of $2.50/hour.
The RV will be provided with a full tank of gas and propane. It must be returned with full tanks.
Refueling fees plus an additional service charge will apply if the RV is returned with less than full tanks.
The black and gray waste tanks must be emptied before returning the RV. A dumping fee will be charged if the tanks are not emptied.
The RV must be returned in a clean condition, as received.
Excessive cleaning required will result in additional cleaning fees.
Parking and Driving Restrictions
The RV is not allowed on off-road areas, beaches, or any unpaved roads.
Ensure you are aware of the height clearance of 11.5 feet when navigating under bridges, tunnels, and drive-thru awnings.
Reservation Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately to the rental service.
Renters are responsible for any damage to the RV that occurs during the rental period, including tires and windshield.
