We are a family of 3 who had the joy of using our RV full time for 2 and 1/2 years. Now that it no longer gets as much love, we want others to make memories and go on their own adventures! The PNW is beautiful. The places to explore are endless, our favorite is the High Desert of Central Oregon! If the past few years have taught us anything, it is that life is short and family if precious. We hope our fifth wheel serves as a place for peace, rest, and sanctuary.Renter Acknowlegment
¨ This is a Delivery Only rental
¨ Renter must be onsite at pick up and return sight at time discussed (failure to do so will result in overages)
¨ I agree that overages will be applied for difficult parking situations. If branches need to be cut, there will be a Minimum of $100 added at the end of my trip. If parking becomes to difficult for the owner, they reserve the right to cancel my rental altogether and I am responsible for any charges applied.
¨ I agree not to use the awning when there is wind present. (Even a slight breeze can catch the awning and cause damage or injury)
¨ I agree to read through the RV Handbook located in the RV after getting to my destination
¨ I agree to put glass top up when I am cooking, IT IS NOT A Cooking Surface
¨ I agree use the provided RV Toilet Paper only-overages will apply for other products that get flushed, your deposit may be forfeited
¨ I agree that there is absolutely NO Smoking OR Marajuana USE Inside THE RV or within 10 feet of rental
¨ I agree to clean up after my pets. Pets are not allowed to be in the RV unattended. I am responsible for any damage to the property by my pet
¨ I agree that children are not to be left unattended in the RV at any point during my stay
¨ I agree to refill the propane if I need more than what was provided (full tanks)
¨ I agree to basic cleaning of surfaces, sweep or vacuum debris, taking out trash prior to returning RV
¨ I agree to empty black and grey water tanks unless otherwise agreed upon
¨ I agree that no one over 80 lbs will use the top bunk in the back bunkhouse
¨ I agree to use the generator as explained and understand that should I run out of gas, I can take the empty gas can to refill the generator with gas
¨ I acknowledge the rules of the Dudleston Family Rental. I acknowledge I am responsible and liable as stated in the agreement with the platform I booked with for any damages that occur during my stay. I have completed the check-in process with the owner of this rental and will be in communication with them should any questions or emergencies arise.
