The bathroom is roomy and features a spacious shower/tub combo. There is also an outside shower. We will deliver, set up and pick up only within a 25 mile radius of Wenatchee WA unless special arrangements are made.
Please use the provided RV toilet paper only. Do not flush anything but RV toilet paper down the toilet.
Please do not leave the awning out unattended. Please bring the awning in if it is windy as the wind can damage the awning.
When running the AC, don’t set the thermostat lower than 74 degrees when it’s over 100 degrees outside or the unit will ice up and not work properly.
Please keep an eye on the black and grey tank levels so they don’t get overfilled.
If you do not wish to clean the camper at the end of your stay, we will charge a $100 cleaning fee.
Dumping will be included only if your site has sewer hookups. A $30 fee will be applied if your site does not have a sewer hookup.
Absolutely NO fish in the refrigerator or freezer please and thank you.

5.0Dan and Karen were so helpful! They were right on time to set up the trailer for us at the campsite and again when it was time to leave. The trailer worked great and we appreciated the extra chairs and supplies. We would definitely rent from them again!

5.0My wife and I rented Dan and Karen’s trailer and we were very happy. The trailer was outfitted nicely and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Dan delivered, set up and picked up the trailer and he was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this option.
