• No walking or sitting on the roof
• Do not leave the awning unattended and please roll up overnight, when it's raining, during a storm, or windy
• Make sure both slides are in, levels are retracted, steps folded in prior
to putting the Vision in gear
• Pet Policy: We know pets are family — and we’re happy to welcome them aboard! To keep our RV in great shape for all guests, please review our pet guidelines:
• Pet Fee: $150 flat fee per trip (covers additional cleaning & wear).
• Allowed Pets: Dogs only, up to 50 lbs. (No cats, birds, or exotic animals.)
• Furniture: Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring a blanket, crate, or bed for your pet.
• Supervision: Pets may not be left unattended inside the RV.
• Clean-Up: Renters are responsible for cleaning up all pet hair, waste, and messes before return.
• Damage: Any damage caused by pets (scratches, stains, odors, etc.) will be billed to the renter.
We love being pet-friendly, but we also want to make sure the RV stays fresh and comfortable for everyone. Thanks for understanding!
• When returning the RV, please return it the way it was delivered to you (full of regular gas, propane gas, black and gray tanks emptied, etc). If this is not done, you will be charged a $75 dumping fee, $50 refueling fee plus cost per gallon regular gas, and $25 plus cost per gallon for propane gas. This will be deducted from your $1500 deposit. The $1500 will be returned in full if no damage or additional fees apply.
