Alen was a very responsive host. Very flexible with pick up/drop off times. The van was clean and was a smooth and comfortable ride. We used it without shore hookup for 2 nights and had perfect weather and did not need heater or air conditioner. The bed was super comfortable (we brought a mattress topper and our own bedding and pillows for extra comfort). The RV community is such a welcoming and fun group of people. We will definitely be renting again!
