New, roomy RV, great for family fun. Sleeps 8, with bunk bed set and master queen bed. Other features include microwave and range, TV, huge bathroom, air conditioning, and sitting for 8. Exterior includes outdoor stove, sink, shower, refrigerator, and heated enclosed underbelly. Light weight, dry weight of 6,884 lbs, 35'8" long with one slide. Includes solar panel on roof to run refrigerator when not plugged in.For those new to RV'ing we have detailed instructions on how to use the RV including hookups and dumping/rinsing of the tanks. Lori and Dave were great hosts. They were easy to get in touch with and responded promptly, which made us feel comfortable, especially as first time renters. The video tutorial and the binder with all of the information and manuals was also very helpful. The camper was beautiful and clean! We were impressed with everything that was there for us to utilize during our trip, they really thought of everything!

Most flexible during the weekends - Friday through Sunday. But will try to be flexible when able.
