Welcome, thank you for considering our home on wheels! We are Darin and Brandy and we love spending time outdoors in our RV. We both enjoy and take pride in working on our vehicles and toys so you can rest assured that our trailer is in great shape and well maintained. This trailer offers 3 slideouts creating a large comfortable space. The bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed with it's private upper level and a smart tv and blu-ray player, closet storage 4 drawer dresser and its own AC unit. Under the bed storage has a queen size self filling air mattress that fits the living room floor space in front of the electric fireplace heater for extra sleeping possibilities. The bathroom offers a walk in shower with dome top so showing is comfortable even for taller individuals. The toilet is comfort height so no worries of your knees hitting your chest and a self cleaning bidet. Cabinet space and medicine cabinet provide storage for all your bathroom needs. A new fan in the bathroom removes moisture and is remote controlled providing air movement through out the trailer, set the temp it will automatically turn off and on depending on the trailers temperature. Led lighting throughout the trailer ensures low power demand maximum visibility. The kitchen is amazing with it's island and large counter space, double sink, plenty of power outlets, microwave, vent,. 3 burner stove, oven, fridge, freezer and basic cooking utensils, fully stocked knife block, coffee pot, counter top ice maker and additional thermostat controlled fan to ensure the trailer remains comfortable. Dining table offers 4 chairs and table with leaf for a little more room. The living room has 2 recliners, a coffee table between with 2usb ports inside. A 46" Samsung smart tv sits above the electric fireplace heater, whole RV stereo, room selectable audio, DVD, Bluetooth connectable and surround sound audio to enjoy quiet time inside. A cabinet full of DVD's and blu-ray are offered for use. A pull out desk tray is available if you have work to do. The 2 person couch folds down into sleeping possibilities, it looks small but I have slept on it myself comfortably with a dog or two at the same time. 2 outdoor tables are provided plus an outdoor kitchen prep table if you want to prepare things/ cook outside. A handheld vacuum, and broom are ready for your use. The main area of the trailer is cooled by a 15000btu AC unit thermostat controlled, a ceiling fan with led light and blackout blinds. For dry campers a 60 gallon freshwater tank, new 5 gallon per min pump with pressure tank so no pressure loss while your showering if your other campers run a faucet. 10 gallon hot water tank. Optional 2 3500watt propane generators capable of running in parallel at 50amp service allowing both AC units to work and still have power available for your entertainment needs. Outdoor electric awning can be used in low wind times and provides a nice shaded area while you're home, we do ask you retract it while you're away to prevent damage.
