• No feminine products or other non human waste products allowed in septic.
• Renter is responsible to keep trailer in good working order and return in same condition as beginning of rental period.
• No sub-leasing of room/beds to others.
• Renters/Guests assume full liability of trailer and it's components and will be charged for any damage/negligence incurred.
