Wanda is a 2016 Minnie Winnie class C that has been renovated for a modern feel. It is easy to drive for even the novice RVer. The Winnebago spec sheet says it sleeps 8, but we'd say 6 comfortably. The fold-out couch and convertible dinette are probably more suitable for younger or smaller-stature individuals.We have tried to include all the amenities needed to make your trip pleasurable and carefree. There is plenty of storage space in the interior and underneath for any additional adventure gear.Wanda is a great RV for the ultimate traveling experience!Ce qui est inclusThis rig does not have leveling jacks, but we provide leveling blocks.The main bed is fully made with sleeping pillows, decorative pillows, sheets, and a light quilted bedspread. The overhead bunk has a fitted sheet cover and we have extra twin sheet sets for the pull-out couch and the convertible dinette. There are 2 pillows, 2 twin comforters, and extra blankets for the sleeping areas. Please bring your own sleeping bags along with any other essential bedding if you prefer.We also provide plenty of fresh towels (kitchen, bathroom & beach). Wanda is pretty much fully equipped with everything you need for a fabulous adventure. All you need is to bring your personal belongings and food! We will also include a camping table and Igloo cooler upon your request.I have put together a full list and checklists of what's included, a shopping list, packing, arrival set-up, and departure checklist in a separate spreadsheet file. Hi there! We are a family of four that loves to explore. As kids, my husband and I were taken on many "car" road trips with our families; a few even similar to those from the movie Vacation. 😂 Some trips were more fun than others and some (in a kid's mind) seemed not so fun at all. Looking back, regardless of the trip, they all left a fond imprint in our minds. After reminiscing over the years and now having kids of our own, we wanted to create our own family memories. We have traveled with our boys by planes, trains and automobiles. We have each enjoyed every minute...or at least so they say. In 2018, we decided to rent an RV and take a road trip up the coast to Oregon and back. It was not only beautiful, but we had a blast. This year (and after enduring the shutdown) we thought we would embark on RV ownership, explore California and beyond, and share Wanda with you. We hope that you too will build fond memories and experiences to look back on!

Rules of the road:• No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS
a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
• Sorry, furry friends are NOT allowed.
• No climbing on the RV roof for any reason.
• You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
• Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based
on that result.
• If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer [phone number removed]nd alert the owner immediately.
RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed
by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
• Renter is responsible for checking/maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire
damage will be the renter's responsibility.
• Owner will provide information on the operation of the coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It
is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and
renter will be liable for cost to repair.
• Awning use is allowed, but should NOT be used if it is even sligh
