This motor home is older than some but you wouldn't know it. It has low miles and is in terrific shape. It is fully outfitted with all pots, pans, dishes and silverware. It has LCD flat screen TV with a DVD player attached to it. There is also many camping tools in the basement of this coach. There is a large wood-box on the back of it. It is fully self-contained. It has mostly LED bulbs in the living space of the coach to conserve battery power when dry camping. There is one very large slide that makes a world of difference. It is very easy to drive. You will have a great time camping in this RV! There is a $95 non-refundable cleaning fee. Gas tank & propane will be full at pickup. Please make sure they return full as well. Thank you for your interest!This RV is approximately 25 feet in length with a Ford chassis, power windows and locks, 4KW Onan generator, slide-out room topper, water heater, automatic leveling, bay heater, water hose, booth converts to sleeper, sofa with sleeper, day/night shades, microwave, 3 burner range with oven, all in 1 bath, shower, cab over loft, ducted A/C and much more.Comfortably sleeps 4 (4)
