Enjoy our 5 star service and luxurious 40 foot 5th wheel RV. You will be camping in style and comfort for your entire vacation. When it is hot you can enjoy the three A/C units and if it is cold the forced air heating. Relax in comfort on the leather love seat recliner while watching the 50 inch TV or sleeping on the California King “Purple” mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen layout features a large island with twin sinks, a residential size refrigerator that runs on electricity or propane. The 4 burner stove and large oven makes cooking easy and fun. We provide a Star Link satellite dish for all your WiFi needs including TV and cell phone calls. • Please enjoy and have fun during your stay. However do not have too much fun and trash our rig. This is a very nice rig and please treat it like it was your own. I always leave rentals cleaner than I found them and I expect you to do the same. Dogs are OK with a 2 dog maximum. Please NO CATS. I will set up the 12x7 dog cage outside if you will need it. There is 0 tolerance for smoking in the rig. NO SMOKING If you smoke in the rig you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. Please put anything that you use back where you found it so that I can pick up the rig quickly and get it cleaned up and delivered to the next guests.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

There is a short set of instructions that should answer any questions about the rig and how everything works. I will go over everything when you arrive at the campground. I am also just a phone call away if you need help.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

This RV is very large and a bit difficult to tow and park. Therefore we only offer delivery to the campground of your choice. Please see the “ADD ON” section of this listing for prices and campgrounds where we can deliver and setup the RV. The list of campgrounds is a suggestion and you can book any other appropriate campgrounds. Please just ask and we will work it out.

I Love our RV and take great care of it. We take pride in getting it ready for your camping experience. The Golden Doodles in the picture are not included but the dog run is.
