Michael provided thorough tours, resolved issues quickly, and answered questions promptly. He and his family were flexible with pick-up/return timelines and offered a warm welcome.
Easy to drive and park
The van was well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition, running without issues. It features a pop-up roof (note: not ideal for adult sleeping), TV with DVDs, heating, A/C, and a microwave. It was easy to drive and park, though slow on steep hills.

5.0Excellent RV for our first road trip. Michael was a fantastic host and gave us a thorough tour of the RV before we set off. He was responsive when we had an issue on the trip, and got it resolved quickly. We would definitely rent with this host again!!

5.0The RV was in excellent condition, ran well, no issues. Michael was very helpful before and during the trip as we encountered questions about use of vehicle features. One thing to note - the popup part of the van is not a comfortable sleeping space for an adult.

5.0This was our first sprinter van rental and we were very happy with Mike and the van. We were traveling with our 3 & 5 year old kiddos who LOVED the experience from the pop up roof/bed, the TV with DVDs provided, the heating AND a/c and the microwave which came in handy! My husband loved how easy it was to drive and park… it was a little slow up the steep hills but to be expected. We got so many compliments and enjoyed giving other campers the guided tour. Mike was a fantastic host… very communicative and helped us out a couple of times when we had questions along the way.

5.0Michael and his family were amazing to work with! they allowed us to utilize their class B RV, for our 4 year anniversary and we had such an amazing time! From the warm welcome at check-in to the clean, spacious, and comfortable RV, along with the incredibly fast responses to any questions, this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!
