Single owner updated 2020 Heartland Mallard Camper under 6,000 lbs Dry Weight! The lightest and shortest bunkhouse you will find with separate dinette, central vacuum and tri-fold sofa. King sized master bedroom has privacy doors and bunkhouse has privacy curtain. Bathroom with cabinet and shower does have surround tub.Central AC/Heating. Fully loaded Outdoor Kitchen with propane stove and outdoor tv hookup. Inside there is a 40in Big Screen Smart TV, Microwave, Stove/Oven and fridge & freezer! Fully loaded with slide out, power jack, power awning with LED lighting, power stabilizers, stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers/bluetooth/DVD/CD and ports. There is also an outdoor shower. Renters are also responsible for replacing any LP gas used, dumping tanks, and returning the unit fully cleaned.
