This X18D Jayco is an excellent camper for your next family or group adventure! The Jay Feather Sport is lightweight and tows effortlessly with a loaded weight of less than 4500lbs (half-ton towable). A quick and simple set up means you can spend more time relaxing and less time making and breaking camp.We take the greatest care to ensure that our camper is clean, well maintained, and ready to go when you are. It's easy to pack, with plenty of room for all your gear. It also comes fully equipped with many essentials that will help make your next camping trip a success. Wether you need it for a weekend getaway or a longer trip to your favorite destination, our camper has all the amenities you'll need.•Sleeps 7-8. Three tip out queen size beds, and fold down dinette (suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children)
•A full kitchen equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, cookware and a pantry
•A dinette with an extra long bench seat on one side
•3/4 bath (shower, toilet, sink)
•Awning with outdoor carpet

• Renter Must provide their own pillows and blankets or sleeping bags. Sheets and towels are provided by the owner.
• A non-negotiable fee of $50 will be charged for every rental. Dumping the black and grey tanks will be the responsibility of the owner upon the return of the RV following the rental period. If the RV is returned with a clogged toilet, an additional fee will be charged for the repair and service.
•Renter will agree to pay a cleaning fee of up to $65 if deemed necessary by the owner upon return inspection of the RV. Fee covers, but is not limited to, dirty dishes, upholstery and/or mattress stains, excessively dirty/muddy floors, excessively dirty bathroom, etc.
• NO Pets shall be allowed in the RV trailer. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in loss of the $1000 Security Deposit plus cost of cleanup
• NO Smoking is allowed in the RV trailer. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in loss of the $1000 Security Deposit plus cost of cleanup
• The RV trailer must not be used to tow any other vehicle or trailer
• The RV trailer shall not be towed or transported outside the Continental United States
• The RV trailer shall only be towed on paved roads with the exception of maintained gravel road inside a camping area
• Renter releases RV Owner from all claims for loss of, theft, or damages to, your personal property or that of any other person, that was left behind or carried inside the RV trailer.

Great rental, highly recommended. Trailer was so well appointed we didn't have to bring anything but groceries and sleeping necessities. Camper and all its parts worked flawlessly.

Camper was clean and everything we needed was provided. JC and Heather were amazing with giving the run down of the camper and very pleasant to speak with! Price was very reasonable and my family had an amazing time!!!

JC and Heather were very thorough and very informative. They made sure we had everything we needed so all we had to do was pack our stuff in and go. The camper fit our need for 4 adults and 3 kids wonderfully!
