We absolutely Love this camper! perfect for our kids and pets, to get away for a weekend or even longer!
indoor shower/tub, two full size bunk beds, the dinette converts to a large bed and the sofa pulls out into a sleep area as well.
the master bedroom with queen size bed, has doors on each side of the bed, with plenty of storage!
there are two smart tvs as well, one in the living area and one in the master bathroom. with plenty of USB plugs throughout the entire camper to charge your devices!
electric fireplace to keep you warm in the cool weather, and a great air conditioner for those hot summer days.
equipped with an outdoor shower as well, and added outdoor pop-up shower tent (as indoor shower is on the smaller side)
propane gas stove and oven. and microwave for quick meals.
awesome outdoor kitchen set up, with pull out sink/stove burner and water spray hose.
outdoor kitchen also has mini fridge and ice maker.
LED lights inside and out, along with interior and exterior sound system.
campfire package, and basecamp package make this camper THE place to be on your trips!
outside door access to bathroom is bonus, for nights around the fire and ease of getting in and out without trekking through the main cabin of the camper.
so many memories to be had!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The listing is never booked to be picked up or returned on a same day as another pick up or return. So timing is easy and we can pick times that are reasonable and flexible for both parties. We are understanding that camp sites allow check in mid afternoon and check out around noon or so.
Please feel free to ask for any personal times.

Each sleeping area has its own fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow and fleece blanket.
Master has quilt and multiple pillows.
there are 6 towels for bathing/showering included.
in the kitchen-toaster, crock pot and coffee maker, as well as fully functioning microwave, stove and oven.
there are some outdoor toys; horseshoes(plastic) bean bag toss and badminton.
water hoses for connection, extension cords and 30/50 amp converter cord available.
outdoor shower tent for setting up outdoor showers.
Q.Will you be able to walk us through using and hooking up?

We want you to be comfortable using our camper, so we will absolutely 100% show you how things work and how to hook up and disconnect.
We can walk around the camper answering any questions.
We are also available anytime to answer questions, should they arise during your rental.
