I would definitely recommend this host. He was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great rental experience.

5.0Great RV. It was clean and Ethan was very responsive. He was on time with delivery and pickup. The attached outdoor grill and mini fridge were a hit with our friends. The RV came with chairs, a portable table, and a large mat set up which was nice. The only thing was it was a little hard to turn the knob on the outdoor grill because it was broken. The host left us pliers to turn it and it wasn’t an issue for my husband but I probably could not do it myself. We would rent this RV again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
As long as I do not have an renter picking up or dropping off opposite you, I can work with what time is agreeable during the day.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Electric plug is a 30 amp male plug in with a surge protector. Water hose can be directly connected to city water connection or fresh tank can be filled and used until needs refilling. A filter is provided and already attached to the hose.

After connections are made what are the next steps for setup?
R.
If you have not leveled the vehicle and put wheel chocks down do that and then the stabilizers. Next unhitch the vehicle. Then adjust the stairs to make sure door can shut. Check that nothing is in the way of the slide, extend the slide out. Turn the water pump, and water heater on. Bleed the air out of the system by opening the water faucet. Turn on AC(ceiling 1 knob control) or heater(propane needs connected thermostat on wall near fridge).
