BASIC RULES & INFO:
+ No pets of any kind allowed in the RV
+ No smoking, vaping or drug use inside the RV
+ No climbing or sitting on the roof of the RV
+ Use awning at extreme caution, especially with wind over 10mph or rain
+ Never leave the awning unattended out at night or out during a storm
+ You are liable & responsible to pay for any damages or theft
+ Always lock the RV when you are away for any period of time
+ Refrigerator may take up to 24 hours to get cold, plan ahead
+ RV A/C can only cool 15-18 degrees cooler than outside temperature
+ No sheets, blankets, pillows, cooking utensils, coffee maker or supplies provided
+ Only use RV toilet paper. No flushable wipes, diapers, condoms, tampons..etc to be flushed down the toilet
+ Never plug the RV into 220 (garage) , only 110 or you will fry the electrical system
+ Never move the RV unless authorized to do so, if we delivered the RV it must stay in same spot
+ Take care of the RV as it was your own, be respectful, clean up after yourself
+ Don't lose the keys or any components of the RV or any RV supplies
+ We are not responsible for lost items
+ Leave the RV in a clean state, wipe down surfaces, shower, toilet & throw away trash
