The camper comes with a midsize Murphy bed that doubles as a couch when folded into the wall. It also has ~twin size bunk beds with a 300 lb weight limit for each. The dining area also turns into a sleeping quarters for around two people depending on size.The water tank holds up to 36 gallons. Propane is included in the rental (two propane tanks attached to the front of trailer). The camper has a fridge/freezer, range and an oven. Air conditioning and the microwave only work if the camper is connected to power (the camper comes with an extension cord and power adapter). While solar panels do not come with the camper, there is an outlet on the front of the camper if you happen to have your own.Filling the trailer with water and emptying out the black and gray tanks are not included. Renters will be responsible for their own water filing, and they will be responsible for emptying the black and gray tanks before the trailer is returned. Delivery of the trailer is also not offered. 5.0Colin was very accomodating and the camper worked out great. We had enough room to have our family at the table and the slide made things feel less congested. We did hav an issue with the batteries but Colin made the extra effort to come out and take care of it immediately and even brought a genertor for us just in case. The camper was well equiped and clean. We would definitely rent from Colin again. Thank you

5.0This was a fabulous experience for the family. The trailer was clean and in wonderful condition. The host was super accommodating. Enjoyed our long weekend in Arches.

5.0Colin’s trailer was just right for our visit to the Arches National Park area. We had everything we needed and he even came and hooked up the generator for us. This rental allowed us to make memories without sweating the small stuff.
