2021 Heartland Pioneer travel trailer, sleeps 8, bunk beds for kids, couch, dinette, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, dual style sink and large pantry. Bathroom includes shower/bath, toilet and sink. Queen size bed with separate sleeping area with sliding privacy doors. Towels and linen not included. AM/FM/Bluetooth with speakers inside and outside. - You will need a tow package on your vehicle that includes a trailer brake controller, 2-5/16” tow hitch and 7-pin round plug.Cleaning fee is not required but will be charged if camper is not returned clean and ready to be rented out to the next customer. Failure to return the camper in the same condition you received it will result in the loss of the cleaning fee ($150) from security deposit. This is also the case if the propane tanks are not returned full ($90) or if the black/grey water tanks are not empty ($100).
