This pet friendly, lightweight, comfortable trailer has everything you need for a weekend get away, cross country adventure or even a temporary extra bedroom for out of town guests. The 200 AH battery storage can typically last a long weekend without a charge. The interior can be set up for day use (as a couch for tailgating or remote work) or permantently set up as bed. Propane heater and AC. The kitchen is fully stocked and is amazingly functional with 12 volt refidgerator, two gas burner cooktop and Microwave oven. The interior fan is adjustable and super quiet when on lower settings for a sound nights sleep.Ce qui est inclusExtremely comfortable queen sized bed, TV, WiFi, AC, propane heater, inside fan, Bluetooth stereo with inside and outside speakers, full gally kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and two burner cooktop. Pots pans, Utensils, coffee press, espresso maker, cocktail shaker, wine/bottle opener and most anything else up on request. There is no toilet but we do provide an equipped, comfortable "Luggable Loo" which can be used in the attached zip down privacy shower enclosure.RecommandationsThis 2022 trailer has been across the United States 4 times. We have taken 40, 80, 70 and 10. Locally here in Raleigh Area, we take it to Jordan Lake and Merlefest in North Wilkesboro. We are looking forward to hitting the beach and the Outer Banks. Mark confirmed bed setup in advance, arrived early with the camper ready, and provided detailed walkthroughs on how everything worked at pickup, consistently going out of his way to help guests before, during, and after.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

Electrical and water are straightforward, easy and fast. Since the only sewer is the sink, we have found it easier (during short stays) to place the provided 5 gallon buck underneath and manually dump to extinguish the campfire or pour in sewer at campground. Otherwise the sewer hose requires a few minutes of on the ground work.

The awnings are a two person job and I do not recommend setting them up when its windy outside. You definately need to stake them down (with provided stakes as wind will blow the awnings upward and damage them.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We can be flexible with times but since we are meeting at USA Baseball/Thomas Brooks parking lot we prefer that you show up when you say you will. If there are changes in arrival tiems, please contact us in advance.

Are bugs a problem?

R.

The windows are screened, so as long as you close the doors, bugs are not an issue inside. The lights in the kitchen can atrract bugs in Summer, so we provide a small clip on fan that helps that.

My wife and I are a couple years into the RV/Trailer travel life and we have covered some ground in that time. We have travelled cross country 4 times with our Encore ROG in tow and 3 additional times without. After many other shorter trips, we thought people might enjoy our RV as much as we do so having it sit in the garage seems unfair.
