Everything started off well. But after we recieved Rv first tanks were halfway full. Then Rv wasn’t parked in our spot because she couldn’t fit it in so we had to trade spots with family member. Which caused confusion with park staff. But either way all that is minor. Once trip was competed 5 days after she filed a claim against our deposit saying that there was damage even though we cleaned and emptied the black water tanks ourselves and made sure everything was in order. Simply put good price nice Rv. But beware of this scam of taking your security deposite. Currently still under review we’ll see how it ends.

The specs say that the trailer sleeps 8, but some of those folks would need to be small.
king-size bed can fit two adults and a small child.
full-size bunks can fit four children or two teens.
table-to-bed set up, could accommodate 1 or 2 preschoolers
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I can be flexible on pick up and drop off times, just ask.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
I will help with set up and show you how to monitor water and sewage tanks.
If your stay is longer than a couple of days, I recommend finding a destination with direct sewer hookup or a secondary bathhouse.
The trailer has a 30-amp connection, but I have a 110 adapter which is sufficient to run the air conditioner. If the 110-adapter is being used, no other heat-element appliances should be used (blow dryer, tea kettle, curling iron, toasters).
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
Eastern Washington winds start very quickly and will easily rip off the awning. So please do not leave the awning left open while unattended. Both doors must be closed before opening or closing awning.
Please use RV toilet paper ONLY. Please allow a couple of liters of water to flow through the toilet if there is more than urine to be flushed.
