Guests praised Kip for being nice, considerate, and working with short timelines, providing smooth delivery. However, two bookings were canceled with one day's notice.
Spacious and well-equipped interior
Guests found it a perfect size for 3 adults and 2 dogs, with a roomy main bed and un-cramped seating for 5. It was clean, in good shape, and came well-stocked with essential necessities like utensils and ample cupboard space.

5.0The perfect size for three people and two dogs. Wife and I went to a star party with our two dogs. A friend that lived near by and came over. The seating area wasn't cramped so maybe 5 people could sit at the table. The main bed was roomy for two adults, maybe throw a small child on it as well. Didn't use the fold out bed, but it looked like it would be fine for an adult. Lots of cupboard space. (The owners provided plenty of utensils, bowls, cups.) I would have no reservations about renting this RV again. The owners are nice, helpful and considerate.

Weather is crazy in West Texas and we want to keep our trailers ready but in winter we have to winterize between rentals.

We supply RV approved Toilet Paper, please only use our provided Toilet Paper, an extra cleaning fee will be charged if unauthorized TP is found in the Trailer

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We try to be flexible about picking up and dropping off, but we have jobs, kids, and activities that may limit when we can, but we always try to accommodate your schedule.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Hook ups vary, our trailer has 30 amp/ 120 watt connection. We provide adapters to allow most hook ups safely. Water and sewage also vary, we provide hoses, pressure regulator, filter for water and sewage hoses for dumping and hooking to the sewer.
