1.0This is the message I sent to the host last Monday, August 11, 2025. Please read below. Hi Paul, I hope you were able to pick-up the trailer at this time (it's 4:57 pm) as I am typing this message to you. We would like to request for a refund of the following due to the trailer not being prepped up before it was turned-over to us: $270.00 (Unused nights) = $134 per night x 2 nights $75.00 - Prep fee - the trailer is not cleaned and toilet is clogged $45.90 - Insurance for 2 days $390.90 - Total Additional Request for Refund (Banff Parks Canada) $31.87 per night x 2 nights = $63.74 We have advised your a day before (Sunday, August 10) that we are checking out by 11 am (Monday, August 11) so that you can send somebody to pick up the vehicle. We were informed by Banff Parks Canada that if the trailer is not picked up on time, it is still considered occupant of the site and no refund will not be processed until the trailer is checked out of the site. We appreciate that you did come that night to fix the clogged toilet, but it already spoiled the trip and we have decided to cancel the remaining 2 days of the trip. Ren Abanto

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Very short notice should never be an issue if the camper is available. I only live 7km from the storage facility so I am always happy to accommodate any requests.
