This RV has tons of room, storage space and open ceilings. The toy hauler comes with an electric dual bed and two sofas that fold out into a large bed. When raised you can take advance of the 11ft garage. Lowering the ramp is very easy and you can use it as a ramp or deck. Attached to this area is a half bath. This area has a carpet which can be removed when using it to haul toys. Enjoy the full sized kitchen with gas oven and stove top, microwave and large fridge. Features a beautiful kitchen island to give you more space to prep food on.
This toy hauler features the Extreme Weather Package, 12v tank heaters, heated and insulated holding tanks, three A/C Units, 18 cu ft fridge, two propane tanks, 3 tv's one in the living room, 11 ft garage, separate master bedroom, DVD player, fireplace, solar flex panels, generator, storage area under RV, automatic leveling jacks, bunk ladder, fold out table (it has a chip on one of the edges), two fold out stools at the kitchen island, tall storage cabinets, pantry, 4-seat recliner, beautiful illumination lighting above the sofa slides and kitchen island, kitchen backsplash, full bath next to the master bedroom, storage compartment under masterbed, Splendid Washer/Dryer Combo, large closet.

Some of our favorite locations have been Glennwood Springs, Grandby, and Eleven Mile Reservoir. These are just a few of the fantastic locations you can go. There are several RV parks to choose from right in Colorado Springs. Enjoy hiking at Red Rocks Canyon, Saint Helens, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak, or Garden of the Gods.

***Drivers must have 2+ years experience towing an RV or trailer of at least 37ft prior to renting and towing this unit of 39ft****
***Delivery and Pickup hours: driver can have RV ready to drive to location by 6pm. (If the drop off location is 2 hours away plan for delivery at 8-8:30pm) Saturdays are more flexible on delivery times. Sunday all pick ups must be scheduled after 1pm. (If the location is 2 hours away, pick up would be at 3-3:30pm.)
***All camp grounds have after hour rules. Make sure to know these rules (for example no generator after hours when you have no hooks ups is extremely important)
If we are dropping off the unit at a campsite make sure we have campground, site # and contact info. Make sure they know we are coming.
All deliveries must me in person no contactless. This allows us to do a full walk through of the unit to help answer any questions you may have.
Fridge takes a few hours to cool please plan ahead.
Remove all trash and personal items brought with you. Place all used linens into the shower. Leave comforters folded on the bed. Wipe all surfaces. Clean all dishes and put away. Only use RV toilet paper this can be found at Walmart in the RV section if you need more. We will provide some for each guest trip.
The gauges for water levels and tank levels are not usually exact.
NO smoking.
NO festivals.
We are cat lovers however due to family allergies no cats allowed.
