* Unless prior arrangements or alternate arrangements are made with Owner, you must use certified RV chemicals and Certified RV toilet paper for the plumbing system - please choose and add as appropriate in the ADD-On Section. Check on WINTERIZE MODE., this means plumbing is not available .
NO SMOKING, No Vaping, No Recreational Barbiturates, and NO PETS (please ask for special circumstances) OF ANY KIND IN THE UNIT.
No towing boats, trailers, other vehicles unless prior discussions and arrangements have been made. This must be agreed and signed off on.
No climbing on roof.
* Additional communication may and will be required to ensure all bookings to make sure we are on the same page and have everything we need to make sure you have a perfect trip for where you are going, how many are in your group, additional items that may or may not be needed to ensure the safety and completeness of making it a perfect and memorable traveling excursion. This will may be in the form of e-mail, whatsapp, txt or live phone call. Failure to have final communication will result in Cancelation of the booking.
*DAMAGE PROTECTION is a REQUIREMENT when booking the RV/vehicle (this covers interior damage). A request will only be approved only if the booking request has the damage protection added. Damage protections cost is a flat rate of $69 (Canadian dollars) for the entire reservation that covers up to $1,500.00
*Renter's are REQUIRED to complete the Driver Verification at least 2 weeks upon the approval of the booking otherwise the booking will be cancelled or not approved.

Just like driving a FORD truck. Easy to drive. Full orientation and training before your departure. We take as much time as needed and go over the Driving and the RV usage as many times as you want and need! No pressure. When you are comfortable, I am comfortable!
