General Requirements Have a fun and safe trip! Age and Licensing: Renters must be at least 25 years old. Renters must possess a valid driver's license. Insurance: Renters must provide proof of insurance coverage. Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. Reservation and Payment: A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Full payment must be made prior to departure. Usage and Conduct Driving and Safety: RVs must only be driven on paved roads and designated campgrounds. The RV must not exceed specified speed limits and must adhere to all traffic laws. Occupancy and Usage: The number of occupants must not exceed the RV's specified capacity. No smoking is allowed inside the RV. No pets. Maintenance and Care: The RV must be returned in the same condition as when rented. Septic tax must be emptied prior to return. Fees and Charges Late Return: A $50 late return fee applies if the RV is not returned by the agreed-upon time, unless otherwise agreed. Early returns may not qualify for a refund. Damage and Cleaning: A security deposit is required to cover potential damages, refundable upon satisfactory inspection. Any damage to the RV or its contents will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional cleaning fees apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty. Emergency and Breakdown Emergency Procedures: Renters must follow the provided emergency contact procedures for breakdowns or accidents. Prohibited Activities Restrictions: The RV must be towed with a vehicle with suited towing capacity. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the RV are prohibited. The RV must not be used for commercial purposes, such as ride-sharing services. By adhering to these rules, both the renter and the owner can ensure a safe, pleasant, and hassle-free RV rental experience.
