1. Paved Roads Only This vehicle is not permitted on unpaved roads, logging roads, or off-road terrain. Use is restricted to maintained, paved roads only. 2. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $300 or more will apply if evidence is found. 3. Return Clean and Full The van must be returned with a full diesel fuel tank, a reasonably clean interior, and emptied grey/black tanks if applicable. A cleaning or dumping fee will be charged if not returned in this condition. 4. Diesel Fuel Only Use of the incorrect fuel type (e.g., gasoline) will result in full liability for any damage. Only ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) is permitted. 5. Festivals by Approval Only Use of the van for festivals or large events must be approved in advance due to increased risk and liability. 6. Late Return Policy Late returns are charged at $50 per hour or a full additional day if returned more than 3 hours past the scheduled time, unless pre-approved. 7. Authorized Drivers Only Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. All drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license. 8. Pets Pets are [allowed/not allowed]. If allowed, renters must declare them in advance and a pet cleaning fee will apply. Undeclared pet presence may result in additional charges. 9. Travel Restrictions Travel is limited to [Canada only / both Canada and the United States]. Travel to Mexico or regions not covered by insurance is not permitted. 10. Accidents or Mechanical Issues Any accident or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. Do not attempt repairs without prior authorization.
