2022 Forest River Nitro Xlr
Brand new 22 forest river toy hauler. 34 feet overall with 10 foot garage with rubber floor can haul kayaks , bikes , motorcycles , or anything else.
This unit has a tankless on demand water heater so no running out of hot water !! Just set the thermostat to desired water temp and enjoy!!
Big awning that covers both entry doors with LED lights under it.
Rear garage ramp door can be converted to a patio / party deck
Blue tooth capable sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers.
LED fireplace in the living room.
Cinema style reclining seating in living room
Garage is separate from living quarters
Garage has a queen happy jack bed and the table in the garage folds down for another queen bed if needed.
Has external pet ring mounted on side of camper for leashing pets.
External LP gas quick connect hookup for grills or heaters
This unit is 1/2 ton towable with a 6300 LB dry weight and a max load total weight including toys in garage of just over 9,000 lbs
